Don’t miss an opportunity to help Greenfield high schooler Molly Hodgson and her Best Buddy Olivia Ebert reach their goal to become a Champion of the Year for Best Buddies New York.
Molly and her friends will be holding a parents night out event Friday, Oct. 10 from 6-8:45 p.m. at the Community Center with games, snacks, crafts and more. We hope you can seize this opportunity to help Molly and give yourself a night out without children.
The high school senior, who is a counselor for TOG Summer Rec Camp and a youth soccer coach, is one of just eight people nominate in the Albany region to become “Champion of the Year” for her devotion and leadership in the organization. As a finalist, Molly is now a part of a philanthropic competition to raise money for Best Buddies.
Best Buddies is a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, inclusive living, and family support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
