What does the Ethics Board do?
An Ethics Board is required by NYS General Municipal law. The Town of Greenfield’s Ethics Board is a three-person committee that is appointed by the Town Board. The Ethics Board operates at the discretion of the Town Board as needed. It is meant to assist the Town Board when any issue arises that relates to Town Code Statute 13.
